This is an awesome salad dressing that is quick to whip up, and is raw & vegan friendly! Use this recipe for salads, sushi, and veggie dip alternatives! To spice it up a bit, you can add a dash of cayenne and turmeric too! In~joy!
1 ripe mango
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1 lime
1 ripe avocado
chunk of ginger
dash of himalayan salt
generous squirt of apple cider vinegar
Throw everything in a blender and mix until silky smooth. Makes 4 servings. Salad pictured is toasted barley, kale, basil, shredded carrot & squash. Blessings and health to your mind, body, and spirit!
